Unexpected extras in HOL Boxscans
I was checking out the boxscans from Birds Of Prey on HOL. I noticed the price label was £5.99 on a £14.99 budget re-release.
The name on the label was Dave Chorley Console and games. It got me all nostalgic and set me thinking about the days before Game, EB and Virgin Megastore when buying games was an experience, a social interaction with the shop owner. Now it is just some spotty oik (born in the year AA - After Amiga) taking your money and leering that your PS1 is shit compared to his XBOX 1024 or whatever... Anyone else seen anything in HOL Boxscans/ Manuals / Discs that they werent expecting? Last edited by DDNI; 23 August 2006 at 16:15. |
