A1200 bad CSYNC signal?

I recently got a CSYNC problem on the A1200, RGB video via SCART sometimes flickers and collapse sideways. I have recapped the A1200 since then but problem persist.

Looks like this on the scope (probes hooked up directly to the video port on the Amiga)...

The "C2:CSYN" (pin 10) horizontal sync pulses within vertical sync pulse looks low to me voltage wise, "C1:VSYN" (pin 11) is vertical sync waveform for reference.

Any ideas what could be causing it?

I read here you can use composite video out RCA connector (instead of CSYNC) against SCART pin 20 in cable, but haven't tried that yet.

The E253 looks like a suspect on the A1200 schematics, or Alice is bork. Will check the resistor first, might have been close to a leaking capacitor.

The E253 resistor (47 Ohm) was open (bad), it was killed by cap leakage, CSYNC signal fine after replacing it.
