[exe]Ghostwriter clone
Its kind of a demomaker, a graphical text player. Black fullscreen with starfield animation and pumping gray outlined square cursor that records any keystrokes including backspace and arrow keys for later playback. Not sure about music capabilities.
Amiga 500 Any ideas? Last edited by NoX1911; 21 May 2006 at 20:45. |

Spacewriter, older than Ghostwriter 2.0, I gather it does the same thing
Do you want it in the zone? (TOSEC version) |

Thx.. checked it. But that's not the one either...
It should have an excentric starfield, mod tune and hires gfx (640x256). I think it even asks at the beginning if you want to watch existing or create new one. But don't know for sure... |

Hmmm.. Didn't Celtic do a "demo maker" although to be honest I can't remember what it looked like!

Sounds like Rainbow Writer by Rainbow Trio. I had this on my version of Dungeon Master which was cracked by Rainbow Trio but I don't have the disk anymore and I could not find this version anywhere on the net yet.

Sounds familiar somehow... but everything sounds familiar when it comes to rainbows and amigas.

Amazing that I still remembered it after all those years. Saw it for the last time in 1990. Thanks for uploading it, I'll check it out soon for some Nostalgia flashback.
