Just got hold of 4.0, if anyone has a version newer than this I'd appreciate a copy.
Thanks |

I'm having a bit of trouble getting it going.. It loads into memory and slows the system down, however nothing comes on the screen. Any ideas?

This is running in an emulator?
At the moment I'm working on a stripped down version of my BBS, in hd file form for WinUAE. It'll take me a couple of days though. |

Braddo: Are you loading "Express" or "ACP"? ACP is the main program and when running successfully will show a window on Workbench with buttons, etc. Express is the BBS program;it is launched by ACP when someone logs on (or you log on locally).
If you are running ACP, the window comes up, and it does nothing when you click the little 0 button (for node0) then go to your BBS: directory and run Express -- it might report what the error is. I got /X up and running, and even able to accept telnet logons but it was something of a pain in the ass. (All those tooltypes to edit mainly) I've thought about trying to have it up so people can telnet in, but not sure how much interest there really is. ETA: It's running under WinUAE, not on a real Amiga... |
