Hi there...

Wanted to say "hi" to all members of the EAB Forum & community.
Had my first Amiga 500 in the 80ies, upgraded to an A1200 with my first earned money, purchased a US-Robotics 14.4 Modem from delivering newspaper in the neighborhood and lawn mowing.
What followed then was an intense and fun time with NCOMM and first Prometheus BBS System, running my own BBS.

Later migrating to /X / AmiExpress and engaging in Demo Parties all over Europe.

Today I am working in tech/Networking Industry and would say the Amiga was where it all started.

Love to see the reawakening of the scene since a couple of years and was quite active on Amibay. At EAB I was more passively reading, what I'd like to change now.
Great to be here... looking forward to be more active here.

Hi. We still have a little active scene of /X BBS's and /X software is actively (well mostly) developed by myself these days. Drop me a message if you are interested in a little bit of BBS related nostalgia

Thanks for the kind welcome words.
@Phantasm: Sounds tempting, although time is an issue for me with all the duties for job and family, it's not school's over, let's get to the BBS trading of the 90ies anymore .

I still have a backup of the old BBS on storage, so looking at it and re-awake some of the nodes sounds like a fun project. Will drop you a message in the next couple of weeks when I can free up some time.
