Installing WinUAE/AIB went flawlessly on my AMD2/550. I'm using ROM 3.1/WB3.1. I'm amazed at the acuracy of the emulation - doing backflips through the house. This is a way to keep the Amiga alive, independent of the hardware. Untill I started loading out apps and games...
All games result in a back screen. I,ve tried FA/18, SimCity, Megaball, Scrabble, - All result in a back screen. Prowrite seems to work okay. PPage gives a black screen. I've spend quite a bit of time reading through FAQ's and discussion boards not finding simular situations. I figure this must be display setting, and have tried different settings. Any suggestions on what to try next (laoded question, I know ![]() |

If you are trying to play games, you should use Kickstart 1.3, 512K or 1MB of chip RAM, and not much else. The later Kickstart versions, the huge amounts of memory, and the Picasso display can cause problems with a lot of old games.

Thanks for the suggestion. I was thinking around the same lines.
