Low display update rate in 'Warp Mode' on D3D/fullscreen

Hallo,
warping in window mode or DirectDraw/fullscreen works as expected with high display update rate but when using D3D/fullscreen i just get 1 frames per 3 seconds maybe. Its properly warping though with maybe 300fps (in the background) but its not giving that "realtime" ffwd effect. I tried several refresh rates, resolutions, winuae versions and vsync on/off but no difference there. Is it just my system or does it affects anyone else as well?

D3D fullscreen wants to draw full frames so as a workaround WinUAE skips lots of frames to get good enough speed up.

Can you add an option to the frontend for skipped warp frames to achieve a better tradeoff between update rate and warp speed?
