Amos little troubles

Hi! I have two little issues with 'mod' tracks on Amos.

I stored a ProTracker 'mod' on the bank nr.6 and it play regularly. Then:

1) some of the samples, especially the looped strings samples, they are played a bit distorted or little worse than expect when they played on a Tracker Player;
2) when I set 'Track Loop On' instruction, and the module ends, then it start again from the first pattern, but every time appear a white flashing bar at the top of the screen only for a blink of an eye.

Can someone tells me if there is a trick to avoid this issues?

You might need an external library because amos support for mod is limited to Noisetracker 2 songs - that leaves out all Exx commands, 6xx commands, 7xx commands,9xx commands, CIA timing

Can you tell me which library I need and if it is possible to incorporate it on an Amos bank (or in any other way) instead of call it from outside my program?
I really appreciate your suggestion, and I will certainly appreciate any further advice you may want to give me. Thanx.
