Maupiti island german version, is it possible to get the english data file?

Im rather new here. So hello all.

I have managed to pick up the original Maupiti island, its taken several years to find an original copy on ebay. However having purchased from Germany I suspect it is German (haven't bought an amiga yet, still collecting games I once had).

Now providing the language is german, which I suspect it is. Can anyone advise if its possible to download a copy of the english data file? And replace the existing one on disk. Would this even work? Is this even possible?

Any thoughts please?

Other than download a pirate copy and copy over the originals, which I would rather not do, specifically as the cracked copies come with cracktros and I want to preserve the original, is there any possibilities, other than hope and pray an english original comes up one day?
