Best Game You'd Show Your Friend If you Could Only Chose One To Showcase an Amiga!
If you could only pick one, which game would you chose to showcase the Amiga?

Shadow of the Beast for me
The rest of the games are all cool too but the ports are all pretty similar graphics / sound wise... |

Hmmmm... OnEscapee, as it has ingame soundtrack (no cd tracks, but still they sing and stuff with great quality), fluidly animations, nice gfx.... etc.
All in all it would be a game that's on a CD, has AGA etc.... best of all; require tons of memory, is in 3D....... OnEscapee is not that demanding.. but still my choise. |

Are you sure? Back in the 80\90 the Amiga had things that could top anything, maybe the arcades were the exception. |

If I should show my amiga, I show them 9 fingers, or something like that

Forced into choosing from the VERY limited selection above, I picked SOTB.
BUT I gotta agree with Ironclaw. Onescapee is an awesome looking amiga game. In reality though any of The Black Lotus demos showcase amiga better than any game. |

I find with ppl that are unaware of amiga, or computer history in general, pinball fantasies/slamtilt is a BIG winner. SOTB had beautifull gfx & sound, but the pinball games retain an element of highly addictive gameplay that seems to mesmerize the average joe
In fact one of my mates wants to buy an a500 just play 'em |

Wrath of the Demon has pretty nice graphics. Lionheart is pretty nice too.

I voted for Ruff 'N Tumble.
A couple of friends from out of the way came over recently and I loaded it up so we could play on my "arcade" rig...they loved it PZ. |

I voted for SOTB but I prefer Lionheart for an A500 presentation and OnEscapee for an AGA show.

I voted Turrican II, it shows that the Amiga could compete with console platformers of the time.
And it has a kickarse soundtrack! |
