cdtv 27C1000 eproms

I'm looking to upgrade the extended roms in my CDTV and have found some 27C1000 eproms. What speed rating should I go for?

Available are: 12F1, 12XF1, 15F1, 15XF1, 20F1, 20XF1 & 25F1.

Not sure what you mean, I thought the 27c1000 eproms were pin compatible

Are you talking about burning the roms?

Depends on your EPROM programmer. Mine will happily detect it is a 27C1000 and swap the pins inside itself.
