Spent a long time installing 3.1.4 (and 3.1.4.1 update) with updated icons and other nice tweeks.
Just noticed I can't rename from workbench, it does nothing! I can rename from Dopus. Any ideas? |

Does this problem only exist for long file names (more than 25 chars) and is my icon.library installed?
Then check Prefs/Workbench and set the file name length to the maximum that your filesystem supports (ie. 101 chars). |

Does nothing, as in the window to edit the name doesn't appear?

It was 'AsyncWB' in WB Startup. Moved that out and now all working apart from Amidock which askes for resource.library v44 but I already gave that in Libs directory!

Ah, you're trying to drop 3.9 components into 3.1.4(.1)!
You'll need Reaction and associated classes etc - have a look here: http://eab.abime.net/showpost.php?p=1367400&postcount=5 |
