Fastest version of each Motorola processor?
Curious if anyone knows what was the highest Mhz speed that was sold from each of the main Motorola processors?
68000 through 68060? |

Just look on the NXP website. Even though most are not sold anymore all the parts are still listed.

Couldn't find the 68000 even searching their site, they do possibly have an 040 section but that's it.
I think there was a 20mhz 00, certainly 16mhz as many accelerator boards for the ST and Amiga exist with them and some arcade machines use them. |

They don't have everything the 68020 and 68030 pages have no package types / speed ratings. https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/product-...ce/PCN5826.txt Last edited by alexh; 02 August 2022 at 16:39. |
