[Found: Road Raider] Post-apocalypse top down driving, and on foot
So this was probably pre-1994, OCS/ECS.
You drove in a vehicle around a post apocalyptic area. Like I think you could go to the mall, then get out of the vehicle and go on foot inside the buildings. Inside were puddles of slime and mutants or aliens that you killed. So kind of a top-down view, movement in 4 directions. Pretty sure it was single player only.
