A program that snoops and creates full catalog / cd files from memory

I am trying to get my hands on AmigaOS 3.9 catalogs embedded into programs themselves since I can not find the catalog descriptor (cd) files.

I have tried CatEd's snoop feature but it only snoops parts of called catalogs (for example it only created 3strings of prefs.catalog when I tried to open asl from sysrefs)

Is there such a program and if not can somebody with the skills create one if it's easy to do?

This way we can translate programs that do not have cd files.
