OS 3.9 tool "mounter" not localized? Can you test?
Can people who have foreign locales test whether text inside mounter is localized or not?
I am editing the catalog files but only the buttons and menus are localized. |

It is the same. The translations for inner part of the window in the catalog do not take effect.
