[Atari ST conversion] Sinbad and the Throne of the Falcon

Heya HOL team,

Attached you will find "Sinbad and the Throne of the Falcon_Atari ST conversion_Screenshots.rar"

I'm currently cleaning up my hard drive and came across these...

They will need to be cropped though as I took them in a window of "720 x 568" at "double line" via WinUAE.

...I swear I took more i.e. the statue, the skeleton, the snowman, the final ending screenshots, and possibly others but am unable to find them.

Please create a HOL entry when you get time

Ok, just finished the game again, which isn't easy, so here are more screenshots for HOL

...problem was though, I collected all the items / returned them to the Shaman but for some reason Princess Sylphani had died, so I didn't see the good ending

Guess when I have some time free I'll have to play this again to get the proper ending (which I did previously but misplaced the screenshots).

IIRC she dies if you lose all your crew, or something like that.

This afternoon I've spent some time cropping the original screenshots that I took at 720x568 (double line).

They are all now 640x512 (double line).

Can somebody from the HOL team please create a page for this awesome game? I guess you could just clone one of meynaf's other port pages and adjust accordingly e.g. Arctic Moves.

Lemon Amiga / Predseda; you're welcome to use any of these images also.

HOL team; is anyone actually going to create an entry / process?

...same as with these: Reshoot & Reshoot R - Screenshots

I spend many hours playing / beating the game, taking screenshots, resizing appropriately; I'm pretty sure it would take less time to create a page.

I mean, the thread was created in May and it's now July... I've asked a few members via PM yet; come on guys.

Who can make this happen?

That reminds me of Powerglove Reloaded and Tiger Claw, neither has a HOL entry.
There's only an outdated entry for Powerglove.
I upped some screenshots to HOL ftp ages ago but they seem to have vanished now.

<sigh>

...and it's no wonder people don't really bother contributing anymore

I get that we are all busy with real life etc. but come on.

HOL team; you need to be somewhat active to show that the project is still alive, otherwise when people make efforts to contribute, they will feel the same as what they do with the whole SPS rubbish.

I mean, nobody expects instant processing but... contributors shouldn't have to chase after many months of seeing / hearing nothing.

There's not even a reply in thread from any HOL team member, and a lot of you are on EAB often enough.

I feel the same. I was puting some contributibutions and only one was used. I understand that making new entry needs some time, e.g. checking all data, but some screenshots are for existing entries (e.g. Super Gem'Z, Smash or Shadoworlds). It's probably not more than couple of minutes to add this...

It's very demotivating, especially this existing entry cases. Maybe it's time to add some fresh blood for HoL team?

I've not been around here for a while, so I know nothing about all this. I've had a quick look at the HOL logs and it seems the only people who have been active recently is Dr Bong and Clenched, there's a few small changes from a couple of others but that's about it.

If there are people who want to join HOL then I've always said the more the merrier, but as far as I know the only one who can give you access is RCK.

While we're at it, I don't think there's any mention of the audio CD of "Les voyageurs du temps : la menace".

Yeah I agree, whilst I plan on being around a little more often, I've got a number of other projects I work on so I can't guarantee I'll be making changes all the time. We could do with some more

...you have my collection Methanoid, why not take a look in there?

Also, I created 2 x .ADFs in the thread: Sinbad and the Throne of the Falcon - Different Versions

One for the English version and one for the French version. See this post: http://eab.abime.net/showpost.php?p=...&postcount=127
