Modern iff converter and graphics searcher
What would be a modern replacement for good old Arcane IFF Master v1.0? That 's some great tool but has some weird stuff going on with latest OSes etc.
Second on the list is Terminators Graphic Searcher v1.something. I think I still can muscle memory memorise the shortcuts  Anyway, it is kinda useless with accelerated systems.Any suggestions? Last edited by mr.spiv; 27 January 2022 at 21:50. |

PicCon as a gfx/raw/iff converter (https://aminet.net/package/gfx/conv/PicCon250)
For a gfx searcher I am also open to suggestions. I remember there was one that I liked back in the days, but I don't remember the name

Thanks for suggestions. I forgot to mention that I have just ECS machines (with RTG, though)
 PicCon needs a second round testing (shareware so not all options are available, though). BitplaneRipper & Agraconv required AGA. IFF Trasher goofed in my simple test.. So, at least for converter I may stick with IFF Master. The issue with it is that it draws lines over pulldown menus etc. While it is annoying it does not affect the actual conversion. |
