A couple of Fire and Ice pre-release pics
Taken from CUAmiga 1990/91 the first pic shows a slightly different main character (he has floppy ears  )

 Wow, I had no idea that the main sprite was changed that much, I wonder what caused the rethink to making him a "cool coyote",as opposed to the dog sprite shown there? |

Well according to an interview with Andrew Brabrook it was changed to make him look more cool and less lame (not his exact words!!)
The floppy ears didn't work for Graftgold so they changed them! |
