A Space Game? FIND and get a GAME [Found: Moon City]

All i got is memory pic's. Someone got a mind Scaner?
Yes a game, as i have seen that works great.
For THE ONE, who gets me the game i look for, gets a Great game.
The CD game's: Uropa2 OR Final odyssey. Both are from vulcan.
Who is still alive and kicking by the way.

What i can remember of it is:
2 players one is AI (sort of then)
You start whit a smal harvester, evry turn thay show up from below and head to center of the window (a bit on the left)(right you can see what he collected. In a wile you can buy better and bigger harvesters, the MAX is 4 in total.
The next thing is building THE base. What i remember of it:
you have dude's around, keep a eye out on toxic level, keep a eye out for how the erm....green, tree, plants are. Thare are more things, but can't remember. BANGS HIS HEAD.
You can see that all on the Right.

Thats all the mind is telling me.
i know its almost no info. But still.
Who knows it? Who thinks now....Hmmmmm, Damm what was that again?? Who will be my hero?

Nope, not dune, love that also. (got it)
Dune is played in a Open field, in the game i meen you don't see you base, only some cool statistic pics and status of your base, same for the harvester, always the same place.

The game is played by turn. you do all your actions and next dude is. i can also be played in Multyplay, (play be turn again)
One of the things that a clear is those harvesters.
4 of them is the max, allways turn up at the botem of windows.

A colection cd. More then 1000 game's, progs, tools and more on it. One's a month these baby's came out. Made by some dude. (a bit of a Round dude) A BIG BIT.
I must be game from 1998 and lower.
Graphics are good of it. And it runs on the 1200.

Heh, the cd was full whit cracks and things.

I tell the things of the game again
-harvesters.
4 of them is the max, allways turn up at the botem of windows, seen from above. always the same place
-The map was very simpel, only can select your base or your enemy's base. No Water on the Map.
-The base a closed one. (Step outside and die)((If i remember it good))
-It is NOT a : Jump 'n Run, Adventure, Sport, Board, Beat 'em Up game.:theparano

Nope.
I have Downloaded it.
What have seen of it. The map. You build your base on a Open map. If i remember it good, the only things on the map you can select is your or his base.

Maybe i shut make a thiny in paint or so?

Breed96? Australian shareware game, space colonization and stuff. 'Drones' used to work, base building... also required keyfile for long play. Check it out.
