Anybody interested in an Amiga group for Manchester/North West
I was wondering if anybody would be interested about starting an Amiga usergroup in the Manchester area / North West (i.e. Cheshire/Lancashire/N. Wales/N. Derbyshire/N. Staffordshire/W. Yorkshire).
I am not suggesting that I would run it, as I have a fairly busy job nowadays, just that when I look on here and other forums I am fairly sure that a few regular meetings a year in the North West (based in Manchester) should lead to a fairly good turn out, say once a quarter. For the moment I am just interested to see if anybody else is out there with the same thoughts and we can take it from there. Personally I would love to be able to see someones AmigaOne runing OS4, as the possibility of new hardware gets ever nearer. Is anybody else interest? |

Seems like a positive start. I have a few Amiga contacts in the Manchester area so I'll fire off an e-mail to them to see if anybody else is interested.

Dan, since your amiga is retired... can I borrow your acc-card?
*whistles innocently* Mine would've been in daily usage still, if my acc-card hadn't died on me |
