Jetstrike Junior - Coverdisk?

It says that it was on a coverdisk and this site claims it was on a Amiga Power one : http://www.peoww.co.uk/perfekt-past-jetstrike-cd32/
I just can't find the issue or any other hint about it. Thought I just ask if someone here remembers which issue it came with or has any additional info about the matter

The readme for the WHDLoad install states that it's from "some Amiga Format Coverdisk"

Anyone know which issue of Amiga Format this came with?

TOSEC says "Blitz Basic Competition" of Amiga Format. Was there a specific issue where this was featured? Maybe even a special issue?
