May be you have finally discovered the entry point to the WinUAE matrix .
Joke aside, Arabuusi.. something is Break's Amiga Demo Scene Collection, a rather old site which simply lists productions and offers information about the classic Amiga demoscene. I myself noticed a few error messages in WinUAE with a Arabuusi... label. "Break" and Toni seem to know each other, so it might be some remnant of past collaboration. I think you can safely ignore the Arabuusi... part of the error message, but of course if you have an issue with a game or a demo, feel free to describe it. |

"WTF is "Arabuusimiehet"?
That information is on a need-to-know basis. Nothing to do with the scene though" http://arabuusimiehet.com/break/amiga/faq.php A secret organization with the word arab on it, that sounds about wrong...nah, just kidding |

Miehet: Man, Husband?:
http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/mies (nominative, plural). Arabuusi: Mispelling of arbuusi? (finish for watermelon?) http://fi.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vesimeloni Watermelon part inspired by this arabuusi trading software (check the author, is it the one we know?): http://www.scene.org/file.php?file=%...i.zip&fileinfo Anyone wants to try and run it? (I only checked the pictures) |

everything2.net - yes *THE* information "source" you can think of! Yeah, right!
What a crapload of hokum. First, this article is aeons old - it's from 2000! Second, ex-Tiktak Petra Mauria is actually a very skilled live singer (who in contrary to others can also sing properly without studio trickery)...third the band is disbanded since 2007. Last album was "Myrskyn Edellä" (=After The Storm) in about 2005, last single released shortly before they went their own ways. @lilalurl VERY nice detective work - ever thought to change job and work as a private investigator henceforth? The "watermelon" pun could indeed a huge part of the story (or could not) I knew the story behind the arabuusi-thing very well (and no, it was NOT Toni who told me ) but I pondered about keeping it to myself better, at least in public...otherwise it would probably have been unveiled ON the web site. You are all wrong, It's how Toni controls the LHC @ Cern..
His plan is to create a wormhole and nip back in time and fix all the problems with the Amiga so he doesn't have code Winuae much |
