Problems installing WHD

Hi all,

Hope someone can help. I'm new to the Amiga, just bought an A1200 and am trying and failing to install WHD load.
I know little about the Amiga, so I'm probably doing something quite basic wrong.

I've downloaded the WHD pack and have transferred it over to my Amiga hard drive with Amiga Explorer.

I'm running workbench 3.1.

When I click on workbench I get all the folders, system etc including a 'C' and an 'S' folder.
I originally created a new folder and put the WHD files in it with a copy of the installer file, (I'd read through some other threads about this being missing for some people). That didn't work, the WHD installer file would not start, said 'could not find installer file'.
So, I moved all the WHD files in the 'C' and 'S' folders into the 'C' and 'S' folders on workbench. Now the installer file says: 'can't open needed libraries'

What am I doing wrong? I've spent 2 days trying to figure this out.
Please can someone help
