Feature implementation: Internal recording/playback
Again, not a problem as such - if there's a more appropriate area, please move it [mods].
UAE Developers, Would it be feasible to create an internal recording/playback system for WinUAE? This is something that would require UAE to play back, but the recorded file would be very small. The AVI-out function is excellent, but long movies become huge and impossible to distribute over the net. This could be used to illustrate cheats, completing levels in a certain manner - all kinds of things. Yours hopingly |

Very interesting idea.
UAE could only save the state of inputs - joystick and mouse position/buttons so the file size would be very small. It might be helpfull to show how to complete game or just watch it like a demo. I vote for it . |

You mean as in Mame ? Interesting idea. Of course you'll always have to use the same configuration when playing this record.
