Complete PPC equipped Amiga!
Blizzard PPC at 166Mhz, 68040 at 25Mhz
96mb Fastram, 2mb Chipram, Kickstart 3.1 Mediator SX PCI Busboard Voodoo 3 Graphics Card Hauppauge TV Card SoundBlaster 128 Sound Card Realtek 8139 Ethernet Card PowerFlyer MK2 ATA Fast IDE Controller 2gb hard drive (with AmigaOS 3.9 installed) 40gb hard drive 40x Speed CD-ROM drive PC-Key 1200 (supports PC, Amiga 2000, 4000 keyboards) The Blizzard PPC gives the Amiga a real serious boost in both applications and games. On average this PPC is three times faster than a 68060 card running 66mhz. There are many pieces of software that support PPC equipped Amigas and list grows daily. You will also need a PPC if you want to run the next generation AmigaOS 4.0 or MorphOS. To give an idea of the speed, Quake runs at over 30 fps as does Duke Nukem 3D (both of which are on the 40gb hard drive). The Mediator PCI 1200 SX busboard allows the use of a wide range of high-performance PCI cards. The Mediator SX is the top of range in the A1200 series allowing 6 PCI cards to be added (four PCI cards are already used in this system, so there is space for another two). The Voodoo 3 graphics card allows Workbench to run at resolutions such as 1280 x 1024 is full 24bit colour. Since it is a 3D card all games and applications that use Warp3D (part of OS 3.9) run at breakneck speed. It has 16mb of memory for texture mapping, etc. Almost any SVGA monitor can be attached including all those gorgeous modern TFT’s. The Hauppauge TV card gives the Amiga the ability to output television in either full screen or as a scalable window on Workbench (thanks to the Voodoo 3 graphics card). You can watch normal terrestrial television, or even Cable and Satellite. If you really want to get serious you can also add a video recorder or DVD player to watch movies! The SoundBlaster 128 gives incredible clarity to sound and music using the AHI sound system, it allows many pieces of software to use 16bit stereo sound (CD quality). The Realtek ethernet card allows the Amiga to connect to a network or another computer for high-speed transfers. I personally used it to connect to a PC for transfering files, it is also possible to share an internet connection with another computer. Imagine browsing the internet on your Amiga! The PowerFlyer MK2 ATA Fast IDE Controller is far better than the Amiga's standard IDE Port, giving superior data Transfer Speeds and allowing up to 4 IDE devices to be added to the Amiga (normally only two). So there is still room to add a Zip, CD-RW, or Optical drive to this Amiga! Attached to the power flyer is one 2gb hard drive containing AmigaOS 3.9, a 40gb hard drive with applications and games, and a 40x Speed CD-ROM drive. All connecting cables, and of course a keyboard and mouse are also included! This is an amazing opportunity to by a complete PPC equipped Amiga with all the bells and whistles you could ever want. I am letting this go for just £250 + £10 postage (or you may pick it up). First to email me will get the system, the best of luck! |

That's a damn good price! It's a real killer Amiga if we except the not-so-fast 68040/25.
