WTB: Amiga 500 computer with 1.3 rom
hi guys, i was wondering if anyone is looking to sell their A500 with 1.3 rom? I would really like to get one for testing out my games and music tracks. If anyone is able to help I would really appreciate it, someone ideally in the UK or Japan or close by.

I have a couple of A500's the only problem would be the postage to Japan... they are quite big and heavy so i think postage costs will be quite high!
I can sell you a standard boxed A500 with KS 1.3 ROM and 1mb ram (512k chip + 512k fast). It will also include the manual, PSU, mouse and and TV modulator with cables (and WB 1.3 disks if i can find them!). It's in great condition with no yellowing and perfect working order (warranty seal is still intact underneath ). I'm 90% sure this one uses a rev 5 motherboard (judging by age + power led/audio filter indicator). |

You may be better off not posting the heavy power supply, since they won't work in Japan without an adapter anyway. You could make or buy an ATX PSU adapter like one of these http://amigamaniac.com/atx_to_amiga.html and save a little on unnecessary postage costs.

I could send one to Japan if postage turns out to be cheaper from Australia than from the UK. Cammy is right about the PSU though, it would be a much better idea to get an ATX adapter than send over an a500 power brick.

Hi PowerPie, I would definitely be interested in the A500 you have, I originally come from the UK and have family there so you could send it to my parents address. If you could contact me via PM for pricing and stuff.

Hi T_hairy_bootson, what kind of condition is the A500 in and how much would you be looking for it? I will check into shipping cost to Japan. Cheers Timo.
