I hope you get it switch-modded or buy an Action Replay to play imports, because Japan is where it's at baby
Great games: Sonic R Sonic Jam (all Sonics in one without genesis slowdown ) Radiant Silvergun (good luck, this is a ~200 dollars investment :P) Battle Garegga Sega Rally (BEST driving game IMO!) Castlevania: Symphony of the Night Thunderforce V Grandia Shining Force 3 (all chapters) Hmmm... lots of other great conversions like Puzzle Bobble and Puyo Puyo... and great fightters but since you dont like them.... |

Besides what Akira already said:
Guardian Heroes: Hmm.. ok, this is a fighting game, but it's completely different of all you've seen before. It's a hybrid of an RPG and Streets of Rage, with AMAZING, OUTSTANDING 2D graphics, and action like I have never seen before, 6 simultaneous players (if you have an adapter), and it throws more things on the screen than a shoot'em up! If you can find this game, snap it up! There's a game I only saw, never played, but it seemed to be great: Silhoutte Mirage. And it's from Treasure, so you can't be wrong with it |

Put down fires?? I have no clue... was it a platformer? Guardian heroes is a Streets of Rage-type game, Shatterhand already mentioned it. GET IT. Final Fight in 3D sucks and it's not a progressive beat'em up so forget it. |

Final Fight in 3D ? Didn't know this existed.
Nights was good, can't believe I forgot to mention that one Oh, if the game that you extinguish fire is one you see ir from overhead point of view, and it's called "The Fireman", I've played in on PSX... it's a very cool game , I liked it. And it seemed to have some nice plot running , but it was in japanese. |

This thread must go on! SS is superb console (said somene who owns it for week ).
For me its now Galactic Attack and Gun Bird, excellent shootemups, as well as Radiant Silvergun. I love sport games and Athlete Kings and Winter Games are first class. Layer Section 2 is great too and Salamander games dissapointed me a little bit, I had expected too much (it doesnt mean I dont like it). I am SS beginner and have to investigate its gaming world more. |

In no order reading off my shelf:
Panzer Dragoon Saga Magic Knight RayEarth Dark Saviour Legend of Oasis Shining Wisdom Shining Force III Albert Odyssey : Legend of Eldean Shining the Holy Ark DragonForce Grandia Nights into Dreams You should be able to tell that I like Saturn RPG's Astal Burning Rangers There were loads of Arcade conversions, particularly driving and shooing games but as a Gamer, I have to recommend today the better experience comes from firing up MAME and playing the original! |
