Ahh, thank you so very much! I'm sorry, that's what I get for not being on here as much as I should be. I'm loving the huge choice I have here, sometimes it takes me quite some time to select a game to play, and some that I'd only read about in magazines back in the day.

Damien not sure if you know that Bacman seems to be the unregistered version of it in your pack. I am still trying to find the full version.

Ace the Space-Case was also the 4 level demo version (as featured on mags) - Hipoonios I believe has the full version on his youtube channel

What is "Bacman"? It's not in my collection, nor on HOL or Lemon Amiga.

Bacman is in the games folder? Bacman (1992)(Krysztofiak, Freddy)(AGA)(SW)[3Mb RAM].adf and has images bacman 1 and bacman2? It loads with a default config?

Bacman is a pacman shareware game. I can' t find the full version anywhere. [ Show youtube player ]

Ok, bit of a long story...

These files in TOSEC are the full version:

• Ace the Space-Case (1995-04-12)(Grand Master Design)(PD)[h ASO - BTTR][WB].adf
• Ace the Space-Case (1995-04-12)(Grand Master Design)(PD)[h ASO][WB].adf

The reason why you need to use a Workbench disk is that "Libs" required for the game are missing on the disk... this is due to no space being left; there is 0 KB free.

Anyway; I've now created a new disk that doesn't require Workbench, has the required "Libs" and is self-booting

I just had to crunch the main game file to get enough space for the required "Libs" to fit on

So please just do the following:

• Delete the directory "C:\WinUAE\Games\Ace the Space-Case"
• Download the attached archive.
• Extract into "C:\WinUAE".

I'm doing a search in my BBS collections for this, there are about 21 results, I'll fire them all up and see if any are the final version?

Tried all 21 versions and all previews, someone actually asked on here in 2011 if the full version was knocking about?

Not a clue where it came from then as I mainly use FSUAE and have separate folders for Winuae. Sorry. Ill reinstall your pack I think as somehow I have a few games appeared like Bacman with default configs and not a scooby where they've come from.

Good luck finding Bacman Viceroy. I've tried a few versions from the zone and on death or completion of the 3 stages it brings up the shareware screen. EDIT: Just seen you've tried 21 versions and the same preview.

Did you see the last screenshot? It's an improvement

...I couldn't get through one of the doors so was unable to find an enemy

Anyway, this update was really about the configuration file... I just thought I'd take a better screenshot at the same time.

Mind, all I have done is to lose all 3 lives and it comes up with a screen saying this is a preview version and where to get the full version, one version even says at the start 100% Disk Version? I haven't actually played it, if you want to give it a try I would upload it for you, but as soon as I saw the preview screen I took it as not full version
