i might be missing something here... but was this guy in the games industry or is it just hobby work?

the quality of the graphics are amazing... do you have the ability to transfer the iffs to pc?

the above image, is very similar to a project i was gonna get started, a kinda RPG

if you copy the images to a few floppies i could transfer them for you

His music is more legendary than his artwork if you ask me. His tune "Spell Amelioration" which was on the Razor 1911 intro "Vertical Insanity" was always one of my favourites.

Not Amiga related, but I found an NES Zapper for a few bucks at the Goodwill. Only have 2 games for the NES, but one of them is SMB/Duck Hunt (OK, so I suppose that makes 3 games, 2 carts) and it felt lonely without a Zapper. As I still have a CRT TV, it works great.

Also, the floppy I got a bit ago almost works. :-)
I hooked it to the 1200 and it booted a game from the floppy.
But, when I booted to WB, it wasn't happy. There was a page somewhere I found that mentioned some of these drives need an additional trace cut or added. I'll look that up again and give it a shot.

C-64 + 1541-ii

Today I got a C-64 and a 1541-II for free. :-)

The C-64 is like one I had as a kid, a C-64C with the old keyboard (but white) and with a large motherboard.

It's all good.

I could not find any music on the HD, but i found one disk with some music he done before doing MOD's... it's done with a program called "Aegis Sonix 1.4".

Really old stuff... not really "Spell Amelioration" class
I have not transfered anything yet... but i have got tips from Jope on how to do it.
But i have done a recording of one tune:
http://www.ym2149.com/ut/thosepoorpigs.mp3

Should i start a new thread and post his stuff?

Not much music as i said earlier, the music disks seems to be overwritten with graphics and lot's for backups of graphics.

Nice score indeed!

Today I picked up some Amiga games/software:
Star Wars - Boxed w/manual,
Wizball - Boxed w/manual,
Wishbringer - Boxed w/manual,
Planetfall - Boxed w/manual.

Plus Moviesetter, also with box & manual.

My Atari Jaguar arrived, and my copy of Cannon Fodder. A great conversion, nothing better than playing great games on the big lounge TV. The controller is not ideal for such games like Cannon Fodder, but I am getting a lot of enjoyment out of it sofar. Up to mission 6, definitely a great game - I should have played it more back in the day but at least I am catching up now.

In my opinion: YES!

For preservation purposes, I hope you will have success transferring/archiving (on a PC or website or both) all his HDD's content...

I've just won a 40MB GVP Impact II external hard drive on eBay for £50 including postage (unboxed and apparenty without disc but that doesn't bother me).

I'm so pleased to finally get my hands on one (been trying for a couple of months).

There was a 120MB drive going, as well, but I thought, "at 880k a game, I'm probably never going to use up even half the capacity".

My life is now complete.

OK, I think it will not work but now I remember that I have C64 power supply hidden somewhere in my room.
