think he means the ingame bleep/bloop soundtrack from yoomp as an option? not sure how youd even manage to scrape that audio tho, or the legality of it.

and i think Kefir means there is no Atari soundtrack in Amiga "Yoomp", which is a huge miss.

The demo file has been updated.
Thank you ! Was a lucky sequence of events (buying a RTC module for pistorm32 started it) that led to finding the bug

The demo 'Jump!' never works on my Amiga (MisterFPGA with Minimig CORE). The executable is not working.

Gotta say, it's disappointing that we're getting the music from the demo and not the classic track even as an option. Definitely a missed opportunity.

Project update.

I've finished the intro to the game. There were a lot of problems with it because it required very advanced code optimization.
I don't have time to make a demos so I put a nice effect into the game :-)

Ladies and gentlemen! The fastest rendering and c2p conversion procedure ever created on A1200 14MHz. The effect runs in constant 25fps and has res 320x200, 1x1 pixels and 64 colors.

looking good, and those c2p animations look like they would make some funky animated wallpapers, does the last update still lock up the system when using emulation? last i tried the game would launch into the menu screen but would freeze when trying to actually start a game.

Nothing like that happens. The game runs under the WinUAE emulator without any problems.

Very nice. If that is not an animation it is one of the best effects on an unexpanded A1200, no doubt about it.

For all my misgivings about the music, this is still my most anticipated modern game for the Amiga by far.

Indeed
This is a revolutionary and completely new way of rendering pixels on the bitplanes.

The engine can render the ball and background on A1200 14MHz at 25fpx 320x200 1x1 like this:

I suspect that they are having to re-do all the music.
