It came from the desert (on and off). First I was really lost after the first clues were 'used up', but it's really fun to get a bit further each time you play. Really a great way to design an adventure

I finally finished Doom 3 on the original Xbox - I seem to have been playing it on and off for months - it was very good... although it did get a bit painful having to wander around in darkness for so many of the levels - it did get a little repetitive but it scared the life out of me on occasion and was very atmospheric.
Going to have a crack at Bioshock on the 360 next. |

For someone who has her head stuck deep in the craw of the "Games are art" beast... I must admit:
I've been hooked on Madden 10 now for a good while. Da Raiders are in a new renaissance thanks to a plucky undrafted rookie/first woman in the NFL. *cough* What can I say - I would be a way better Quarterback than JaMarcus Russell. Then again eLowar would be a way better Quarterback than JaMarcus Russell. |

Troll's Tale http://www.hotud.org/home/47-education/21793 (MS-DOS, CGA) - nice adventure game from Sierra, you need to find few treasures but one of them is lollypop...

been giving Left 4 Dead a try. Fun game; not exactly a lot of depth or variety for that matter, but what it does it does really well. Even in single player the AI of your team mates is impressive compared to other games, although I did catch them all shooting in one direction a few times, while we were of course being attacked from all sides...

Finished Borderlands (really great game, like FarCry2 or Fallout - shooter with RPG).
I tried Need for Speed Shift - weird game, it's not Need for Speed at all ![]() |

Trying to play "Thief Deadly Shadows" on the original Xbox but it is quite a frustrating game and I think I have just about had enough of it!!!

![]() Got myself lost in Professor Layton (and the diabolical box) still, and I'm replaying Zelda: Ocarina of Time (emulated). That game will never fail to grip me. |
