This happens if you play with fastram. There are also gfx glitches in his video. Guess this is also caused by using fastram.

Personally I use a "A500 - 1.3 ROM, ECS Agnus, 1 MB Chip RAM" based configuration; all perfect

Just upped it to the new HOL entry I slapped together last night for Desolate World.

There's still some stuff to add to the HOL entry, including some screenshots (and probably a better DBS). hipoonios tells me that he'll be taking care of the screenshots for you lucky peeps real soon!

...I've noticed that you've pointed the disk to solaris104's post.

As mentioned, this disk is already available / named correctly in TOSEC (see here) so can be downloaded from the EAB File Server.

More d/l links are part of the "stuff to add" that I mentioned, but I noticed last night that the FTP server link wasn't working for some odd reason and still isn't working. Possibly a bug (d/l path or filename too long perhaps??) since other links work just fine here under Firefox and Chrome.

How to write Desolate World adf demo on real amiga dysk . Adf is to large (almost 1mb)

That's weird; looked at the .ADF and it's a normal 880KB sized file.

How are you writing it back to an Amiga floppy?

ok, i have use ADF writer and it's ok now.
But when i click on icon DEMO (in workbench), after 5 second i have screen : "invalid directory, error 1"
When the game starts from floppy it says error 9728, demo failed returncode 10

I have amiga 1200 , workbench 3.1, blizzard 1230.

Can't you just boot with the disk in DF0: as opposed to running Workbench from the hard drive, inserting the disk and then starting via the icon?

ok i recorded on the third disk and its start ok. Probably disk's problem (everything is to old :-) ) I apologize for the problem.

I dont have startup screen, only blackscreen and music. But game work,s fine

...similar issue to what this YouTube video shows in post #139.

Maybe try switching off Fast RAM (if you can).

wish, digital images would release source code of space station 3000. so others would have the chance to complete the game.
this wish also applies to other unreleased games like claws of the devil (titan computer), phoenix (future tales), wild flying, etc.
this really would be a nice service! if someone abandones a game, why not release work done already for public to complete?
