If the real intro shows the cli... and FADES then that is what I do!

Its got too be authentic!

---

Just an example for you Akira

I ripped Ray of Hope 2, and it messes about with viewport and overscan quite a bit

I had to chop the demo into 10 parts, and manually cut/paste/move the display to get it all working and centred properly..

It took me ages, but the demo looks proper now

---

I will do whatever I can to makesure these look good

Boy that surely is a pain in the arse to do! more reason to use a firewire ad/da.

Listen, I will have a go at trying to make an Amiga to Component plug, and go to some friends' studio totry out the AJA with a demo. If it works and looks fine, I'll let you know, and I'll do some demos.

Mind you, I only have an 030, some demos i cant run, and some run jerky or slow.

Not really. It is still going to require almost as much editing for centering and joining of oversized files, and I'm afriad we don't all have AJAs either.

Antriad: I don't think it is going to be dual layer or 5.1

Now doing:

Yo! Joe!

EDIT: Not doing any of the Lotus games as they don't actually have intros, just a few static screens and a demo run.

Still working on Interference/Sanity, but this will take some time since nearly every part needs to be treated and cut to size separately.

Tried to capture Arte/Sanity today, but obviously there is a bug in WinUAE 0.8.24 (the part with the floating tea pot is not emulated correctly), so that failed.

Will start with Mental Hangover/Scoopex tomorrow.

hmmm

that battle isle intro won't center properly no matter the screen size-----bug bip tonight i guess

the old sierra 16 colour games don't look stunning in dvd format---well what to expect from originally pc games oh well----feel free to reject

and the sleepwalker intro well that'll need some questions
maybe look at it with less tired eyes....

oh and yet to see whether carrier command even has an intro....

all in good time i guess :Þ

weell seems lsl 3 isn't really worth it......trust me nothing one wants to see on a dvd

off the list it goes

Okay.. Has anyone got any other feedback reagrding the DVD Cover?

Reason I ask is because, besides the changes I have suggested to Ant, it's pretty much gonna remain as it is (Remember we are going to change the back cover!!)

I like the cover. Looks nice. Front is simple and clean. Back looks like a proper back too.
