Seeing RenegadeFTL's issues with his ACA500+ I thought I'd do a quick test on mine.

Amiga 500, Rev 6A, 1MB Chip RAM (via ACA500+ and trapdoor expansion), 7MB Fast RAM (via ACA500+), AmigaOS 3.2.2

Tested the ADF version of the game via Gotek, run from Workbench and also booting directly into the game.

Game worked perfectly (as far as I know), including sound and music.

I only found a small gfx glitch when reaching 4th screen, the flame from previous level keeps crackling in the bottom left of the screen:

Can you try the version from the zone (exe only, for whdload) ? I have fixed this bug since. But maybe didn't create an official package...

Could you post here once you updated the itch.io files? I would use the new version to create the HOL entry.

updated with new version of the tunes without the filter (thanks no9!) and a new option to match one of the easier versions of the game.

There are 4 different hiscore files as this is not a cheat, but it really looks like one.

Same Problem on real A500 Rev.6A (512k+512k) ONLY with ADF Version

Same version tested UNDER WHDLoad On my A500 ACA500Plus, but there the bug is not present.

I dont think JoTD has been updating the adf on itchio. The other day Charliefar was streaming it on Twitch with his MistEr and was getting lockup crashes that were from day 1 release, chat mentioned it was just ADF version with that he switched to WHDload version and it cleared up. Easy way to tell if you have old version is Jonkey Kong logo

I think my way of updating the adf was wrong. I have changed it. Updated (really) on itch. Sorry about the mishaps.

Hmm, does itch.io have a delay? It says the ADF was updated a few minutes ago, but the ADF inside the zip is still from yesterday.

yesterday is good. I think the way I was opening the old .zip file to replace the old .adf wasn't working. I scripted it (should have done that ages ago for my ports) so now there will be less issues

itch is a mess right now.
As I told jotd there, I had no notifications about new versions.
Yesterday he answered me, but I got a notification only for that after 5 hours :-/

I copyed donkey_kong exe from the HD version over the one present in the adf file, and the title is good.

I don't know if the title bug is due to the packed exe file in the original adf.
