I'm using the "full game archive with latest beta" link you posted a few posts back so I think all the necessary game files are included?
I tried it on CaffeineOS 9271 and it works fine but whenever I exit the game and try to reload it again or even load a different game like Quake I again get a recoverable alert message. This time it was Error: 0100 000C Task: 08A24318, the task number seems to be different each time which is odd. |

Great! Updated to the April 2023 version of VanillaRA-CGX (mine was dated late March). And it works with videos now!!! Thank you!! I need to disable Fast Cache to get it play smoothly though, otherwise it really stutters!! Do you know why this is? ...no, video turns to stuttery garbage after about 5 seconds! How do you configure this? Frogger works fine with MPeg1 files! It's a CM4 so it should be able to cope with this!! Last edited by BigD; 18 January 2024 at 21:05. |

Videos work using VanillaRA SDL version but limited to a small windowed output and the colours are messed up (too green)! Any ideas?

I've just tried on my Pistorm and CaffeinOS and videos were fullscreen, smooth with normal colors. Version 1.3.

I just tried to re-download the package and the Zip is broken! Can't unpack it on Mac or Amiga! Edit: The VanillaRA package I mean not an updated version of Caffeine! I shouldn't have to update Caffeine to play this! |

Why do people use these exotic compression methods! If it's for the Amiga it should be a LHA! Simple as that!

Is there a way to adjust to mouse cursor scroll speed or make it at least smoother? The problem I have is if moving in any direction using the mouse the window keeps on scrolling for a second or two so I have to use the keyboard directional arrows instead.

The keyboard cursors are the way to go normally including on Napalm. The game runs a lot better than when it first appeared and the speed was all over the place! It ran too fast on a CM4 PiStorm32 for instance. Update: Finally unpacked the VanillaRA 7-Zip exotic variety of compressed file on my Windows 7 system to repack it as a standard Zip! Was that so hard? Couldn't they have chosen a standard Zip for starters? Caffeine can unpack Zips just not fancy 7-Zip ones! |

VICTORY!!!
The -cgx is still a bag of balls playing the FMV with stutters and glitches! It actually crashes if you let the FMV play for any length of time!!! The SDL version is now an order of magnitude better with full screen (once 640x400 is selected for starters - it remembers the settings from then on) and with the correct colours now! AWESOME!!!! ....great now the ability to team units has disappeared! Movies but no unit groups!?!
Any ideas with this "new improved" version?!? [EDIT] Yeah, as I suspected CTRL+No. Key sets the unit group and the number key selects the saved group, BUT ONLY WHEN PLAYING USING THE P96 -CGX VERSION THAT CAN'T PLAY THE VIDEOS!!!! Any thoughts? Wasn't there some code that changed it to use Frogger to play the videos in the -cgx version? |

In regards to Grouping Units, the controls are set to this in the SDL version:

with the number increasing by one for each new group! But what keys do you actually need to press! |
