Chucky, it's designed for A500 (first, then the 060 version for A1200) - does the AmyITX have 68000 proc slot or the A1200 trapdoor edge connector?

It will work in AmyITX. But it will extend over the edge of the board. The TF530 is a snug fit in Amy.

Anyways as I understand it this board will not be open for people to build (either open source or open file). So I guess I’ll still have to do an 040 board for the A500..

2. why doesnt it have scsi
3. why didnt u put a ppc on there?
4. i want PCI bus... do it now.
5. i want it for half price..
6. why didnt you use cheaper ram chips.. (which were the cheapest ones at design time)...

Amiga users are a bunch of whingers. That list isnt exclusive to me.. all of the hardware guys get that.

030 sounds great, but 060 seems spoiled/pointless on an OCS/ECS system. I hope they don't do it and make an A1200 version instead, we need 060 accelerators.

But where will the 060s be gotten from? Isn't that the main problem?

why not 060? well ok do 040 and 060 is "free" in the design anyway.
and by doing that on a platform they know. it is more easy to transfer to a new (1200)

060s. well they are still available even if getting harder to get.
