@Jens, apart from raising a PayPal dispute is their any way of contacting you about a missing item?

Missing item is very unlikely. There were two people who haven't been successful tracking their shipments, and I found out that my scanner has swallowed a digit of the tracking number. I might need to set that to a slower typing speed. Please send me an eMail, so we can check what's going on. So far, not a single item has been lost in the mail in all these years, and if that should ever happen, there's two insurances on the parcel: One from the registered mail insurance, and another that covers whatever the postal insurance doesn't cover. Just tried with a Dell USB floppy drive and it works as well. It is detected as a mass storage device so you can use PC formatted 1.44MB floppies.

Just received mine, installed onto X-Surf, installed Poseidon and everything I plugged in just works. Even an Apple branded USB Network Adapter. Super awesome! Thank You Jens for keeping the dream alive.

Just tried an LG GP50NB40 USB dvd writer and it works perfectly. It's mind boggling how useful this interface is. Now I am gonna have to buy one for the A1200 as well

^^^ I agree just waiting for some funds and I'll be back for A1200 and A600
Just hope the production run is enough to supply everyone for a while to come. |

I'm thinking of buying another one for my A600 since this one has aca620, a604 and indy ecs in it. One thing that's holding me back though is that I don't want to cut the case. What would be the best place btw?

Should you have a need for serial at some point, you can always use a USB->serial adapter. Just avoid FTDI, they're the only ones not supported. Others like Prolific or SiLabs work great and you can take advantage of the Fifos in those chips. Jens |
