It should get done when I'm given some time to scratch my nuts and maybe boot the game up to take some screenshots. Patience is very much a virtue in this busy world of ours!

I happen to have it on good authority that Aussies have very small nuts, so you should be done scratching in no time at all!! For the sensitive, that was a joke by the way! |

WinUAE bug, it seems.
Code:
Name: Recoil v1.3 (2019-12-28)(Scoopex)[p][Atari ST conversion].adf Size: 901120 CRC32: ee9f2ffa MD5: c4553ccbb9bb515861d8b02af62d448d SHA1: e22a2172037beaf0ca0a8d2d1a90b4ebe3ebbecc If using A500 (most common), I get a read/write error on track 54 right after the Scoopex intro. If using A600 quickstart, it loads but screen is blank after choosing music to start game, only radar grid is shown while music plays. Denise 2.2.1: A500 (Full OCS) (PAL) 512k+512k + KS ROM v1.3 r34.005. Game loads and is playable. Last edited by Retroplay; 08 May 2024 at 18:45. |

Stable WinUAE 5.2.0 with most common A500 quickstart works fine btw.

in WinUAE working good, but it require enabled cycle_exact. Without it the game don't start, only radar grid and music plays.

If ECS Agnus: it starts zero channel blit with zeros written to BLTSIZV and BLTSIZH which equals max size blit that takes 2 * 32768 * 2048 cycles to finish which takes long time to finish.. (almost 1 minute if blitter gets all cycles, then game starts!)
(Why does it write zeros to all blitter registers, including register that starts the blit!) (Where is the ADF?) |
