Do the text boxes appear after pressing the fire button?

If nothing helps, you can bypass the map by pressing "2" (num. pad)!

No!
But you can select all chapters from the main menu.
The "checkpoints" are balanced very well. So don´t worry.

I wanted to congratulate you on this TOG3, truly the best of the series! I'm sorry I didn't try it at the end of 2021, I would certainly have rated it as one of the best of the year.

Below is my UnBoxing and live test on V1200!

Anyone reading this Tales of Gorluth 1-3 are great fun to play.

I was hoping that one day they would get a backbone -> Scorpion conversion but I imagine that is less relevant with the introduction of PiStorm32 Lite.

I STILL hope they get the scorpion treatment, just wonder if the ROI is high enough to embark on it

I offered a bounty to earok a while ago but he wouldn't accept it. Scorpion engine is great but with no content behind it to show it off, I thought this would be a good candidate to convert. I imagine it must be a huge task otherwise it would have been done by now.

If the backbone performance is CPU limited (rather than ChipRAM speed limited) then it's not so much an issue now PiStorm32 lite is so cheap (£73). I've not played Gorluth again since I got one.

I played it with it's current engine, 020@14 2MBChip RAM, 8MB Fast RAM and it is still a very good game. Definitely worth buying and playing if you don't own it. One given a Scorpion bite in the future could be a GOAT on Amiga.

Send a message via ICQ to Predseda
I do not think the speed is the main problem of ToG games. Rather collision detection and related issues.
