Release 3.2.1
Kickstart version 47.96
Workbench version 47.3

AHI Mode: ForteMedia801:Fast 16 bit Stereo++

Steps:
Press the play button, select a module (Global Trash by Jesper Kyd in my case), wait for it to play

Press the play button again and HippoPlayer crashes

Thanks! "Forte media" looks like something I don't think I can test myself. I'll send you a private message

Sorry, took me a while to test this. Tried a lot of AHI modes and no crashes, although it does feel like it's playing all modules at half speed (in terms of sample changes) when using AHI. Likely a setting I'm missing!

Are you using Mediator and the Elbox driver? I am using GRex 4000 and the driver done by DCE, maybe it is more picky (or buggy)

Thank you for the 2.50 release. It is GREAT. Two questions:
- When a module has more than 1 sub-song it will go to next subsong even when in random play mode. I think in random play mode it should only play first song, since some have quite a few and most sub-songs are then short sound effects.
- Some formats display the HippoScope, but the scope is not working at all, for example: Future Composer 1.0-1.3, 1.4, SoundFX, Art of Noice 4ch, Game Music Creator, BP Soundmon v2.0, Oktalyzer, Sonic Arranger, Chiptracker [EP]

i had the seemingly "slow mode" audio when i had VBlank Timing enabled in Settings/Play-1, disabled that and i went back to normal speed playback.

Thanks! It seems for you things work, for steenl they don't. I propose a fight 'till death! No, wait, maybe not that. I don't have a lot of ideas at this point

Thanks for these. The 2nd one is definitely a bug.

You are welcome. The pistorm's Emu68 kernal just got a fix a few days ago that enables Hippo to run on it, so it gets daily usage now

You have to copy all 3 libraries to AROS 68k ! (don't use these libraries on OS3 !!!)

These libraries resolve crashes on all applications that use the reqtools.library

Is it possible to get support for ImpulseTracker mods and a way to boost audio volume with the likes of FastTracker 2 Mods (many are amazingly low volume for me, guessing to do with the number of channels?)

PS3M mixing engine does not cope very well with 32 channels in terms of volume, even with max boost. You could try AHI, it works better.
