You are earning money on someone elses work.
You are selling something that is not yours.
The demos were made by some people and they DONT WANT anyone TO MAKE MONEY on it.

I think everyone here understood that you are applying double standards! I could translate all the posts here for you, however, I consider that wasted time as I doubt you'll change your behaviour.

which, on light of your continuous use of EAB' news section for advertising your magazine, it's like branding all amiga software you can reach with your logo and then trying to sell the equation Amiga Future = saviour of amiga scene... i can make without it.

i don't know if you were brading them and where, but of course if:

- you make sure that you are the only one who may sell a product,
- throw down any other distributors,
- make sure that the product is tied to a trademark (in this case Amiga Future),

then you maybe do not use a hot iron to mark it, but, as a figure of speak, you are branding it.

ah, so you don't stop, for exemple, me to spread copies of software that was no more sold for years until yesterday, when you have bought (in the best of cases) the licences for distribution, correct?

And you would not threat the hosting of such files in a site by the fictionary name of "Marco' Amiga Future"?

c'mon...

@ AndreasM

Why are you spending all of your time trying to win a battle, when the war is already lost?

No; I am simply saying why are you trying to bully people to stop distributing software that you have already illegally sold to others, thereby infringing freeware rights that explicitly state that the software should not be sold?

By admitting that you would remove software that the authors objected to, your argument lost all credibility, since before that statement, you claimed that you had all of the required permissions through "Tony".

I think that is game, set and match, as far as I am concerned; now all you have to do is to try to convince us that black is actually white....
