Hi Nibbler, for now just ignore the old WHDLoad slave, need to be updated.

So, TODAY, i test on another RIG !!!!
On my CD32 Pro with 8 MB Fast-Ram. Then we see .......
PS:I try it via Normal Dos too, i hope this "lacer tool" thing gives me interlace on KS3.1
Yes, like i've said the focus need to be on bare CD32 and floppy version.
I've tested the floppy version in various combo (WinUAE) from base A500 to A1200/B1260, from only ChipRam machine to full 32bit RAM option.
And yes, the 'Lacer' give you the right resolution in KS>=3.

Next step I make a slave without LoadKick function and a Lacer trampoline.

Thanks, bye,
ross

Floppy version runs flawless on the Amiga CD32 Promodule. Dos and Whdload. Only the Line 1010 error in Whdload by exiting the game via ingame option or finishing it. (after the "The end Screen"). Oh, and that lacer tool works 1A

CD32 version crashes HARD after baby sequence .

This is strange.. the CD32 is at the same patch level of floppy version.
Can you please re-download and be sure of using the last version upped.
Only WinUAE->quickstart->CD32 (or real)! (do not use whdload).

Thanks, bye,
ross

I'm sorry, I canno't reproduce the crash.
I've played the CD32 version (booting from disk) till end of "day 2", no problems at all.

What do you precisely mean by "via normal dos"? A boot from WinUAE quickstart CD32 machine?

Thanks,
ross

Hi when i say "Via normal dos" i mean, without using whdload
The darkseed cd files are on my CF Card (1 in the A600 Furia & 1 CF Card in the CD32 promodule)
Works fine with the unpatched file. (the pal original) But crashes with the patch after you got that "Baby"
On A600&CD32. BUT, the good news, the floppy version works 1A in 60hz now, thanks to you

The Only thing that dosent work in the Patched Floppy version is the Ingame Exit function (black screen) and the restart of the game after completing the game (the End screen). Also a Black Screen.
The Random graphic glitches on the Amiga 600 Furia came from the tool BlazeWcp.

Works like a Charm

The latest Fix did it.

1) NTSC - DS now fully playable in NTSC Ross

2) Perfect Sound Synchronisation Ross

3) AGA Fixed - No need for KillAGA or something like that Ross

4) System Friendly Patch that dosent tinker with the original Files Ross

5) Works for all Languages Ross

So, you did it. Darkseed Finally in NTSC

PS:That the Game Ends at the "End Screen" is maybe a good thing - I think nobody will complain about that. hehe

Forgive my ignorance but what is the name of the latest fix file in The Zone? I am browsing by date and do not see anything related to DS appearing at the top.

Please bring a few more days of patience, I'm a bit busy with other

I would like to generalize the 'trampoline' by entering parameters from command line and/or wb tooltype.

However now seems it's all right: floppy version, CD32 version, hd install version, PAL/NTSC, all 68k family, all languages.

Stay tuned,
ross
