You will have to make one. It won't be cheap because you will need to implement a Sync Separator.

Even if you make a cable it won't work for 90% of games. It would only work when running AmigaOS Workbench in dblntsc mode.

If you wanted to use a CD32 with a VGA screen you would need an Indivision AGA MK2 A4000/CD32
