Playing Wipeout Fusion again, on PS2. This time with my NegCon Took me a while to train to the new button config. But now it is like a dream There's only one of the pre-defined button configs that's playable at all in this Wipeout. And that one is (sic) I - Thrust, A - Shoot. Pretty hard to get used to, I used to play with II - Thrust, I - Shoot on all the older Wipeouts.

Well, advancing technology levels by researching advanced weapons and defenses, mining resources to build advanced things, conquering new sectors to increase the number of soldiers, finding the right balance between 'reproduction', production and research etc. Damn, I really need to play Mega-Lo-Mania again Excellent suggestion Hungry Horace

what TCD said ^^
although its mostly mining, weapons and armies, the varying types (and usage) of weapons throughout the ages are what keep the game interesting. that and the fact you'll never know if you're in the right place to find the resources you need! |

I've been playing lots of Qwak.
It's been released on PC now, you can get it here: www.qwak.co.uk It costs £12.99 for the full version, but you can download a demo free of charge. |

Been playing:
Chrono Trigger DS. Excellent port. I just wish they would have made the golem sisters a little easier this time around, they kicked my ass about 10 times now, royally But no, no mercy. Castlevania: Dawn Of Sorrow DS. The first of the three games on the DS. It is quite difficult and a real challenge, some of the bosses can be a bit frustrating. What I really like about this game is that it throws you into the deep: no clues, no markers, no arrows, no nothing. Find your own damned way! The game is truly old school. You do get an auto-map of course, otherwise it would have been torture. |

Otherwise, I can only say good things of the game, except that, as many people, I prefered the art style used in Aria to the anime style art used in this one. |
