And just plain curiosity: what's the playlist for the demos?

Not 100% sure yet. 3D Demo, 9 Fingers and State of the Art are surely in there, but if you guys have suggestions, then bring them on

Man you need serious treatment really.

Well this saturday i've finished COD - Word At War and I must say that is really a fine game. I thought i would be more than fed up playing WW2 games by now, but i must say this is for me, the best of all. Excellent graphics, immersion on the game, nice missions. Though the japanese AI is something to be improved in some parts. Multiplayer is quite fun also.

Started to play Space Manbow for the MSX 2 after seeing it on you tube. It's really an impressive game for an 8 bit machine.

I tried Robert D. Andersons and the Legacy of Cthulhu, a fan-mad game based on Chulthu Mythos. I did not expect so much, but I was very disappointed as the game (an FSP/Adventure with live-action cinematic), was too buggy, and loading times were really too big.

So it's really bad? You know I'm quite a fan and would like to have a look if it's not total crap

Started a Civilization game earlier, but i got bored shortly. Is there a nice more recent game faster but not fast and requiring cunning but no skill, whatsoever the genre (adventure mostly or rpg or civilization like kind of strategy) i can pass the evening with?

have you ever tried Anno 1701?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anno_1701

It's a pleasant looking and relaxed kind of strategy game that focuses more on trade and diplomacy than combat. It is a bit hard to get into though I must admit.
