I know this is not a proof, but not more than the dates of files. However 94 is most likely, the crack was made out at a very different time...

Outside the crack, fixe and trainer (but there are exceptions here too), everything can be wrong and doubtful. Anyway, fake or not, the hack is proved. it also seems it was more widely distributed unlike Taipan version. Ultimately, it's up to you to judge, but it should be notified at least with [h].
