do you think you could add a rainbow effect with just some blue at the back ground ??? a copper effect, for the sky ???
could be done ?? I know, it will cost a lost of accuracy, but you should try if it works. The result could be good. |

Do you still need people to test the debug version here?
I just played for about 5 minutes and got this; no help as the screen / codes were mangled: ...or do you have a later revision? If so, can you add unlimited lives though as it makes testing easier. |

Hi mate yeah, there's a newer debug version. I've only seen this happen once or twice and it is driving me crazy. When it happens now it will point to a different font and not mangle the screen making it possible to see the debug. If you do do some testing can you make sure you don't have any fast ram configured... so just a standard A1200 config (I have a feeling the problem is around there somewhere). http://109.228.4.199/downloads/RygarEAB10dbg05.adf I really appreciate all play testing being done.... all will go in the credits. Graeme PS. I'll do a build with unlimited lives... I'm just working on the item that can be changed with the disk armor and then will upload a new one. |

No problem my friend
...off to test RygarEAB10dbg05.adf and will switch off any Fast RAM i.e. using just a standard "A1200 (2MB Chip RAM)" config only. Finally, anyone that has my collection and wants to assist Graeme with debugging... just extract the attached into C:\WinUAE. Last edited by DamienD; 02 June 2019 at 23:01. |

Corruption again at the end of stage 4 this time, so couldn't continue playing
Obviously I couldn't get any debug stuff. |

Cheers Damien... 40 minutes is pretty good! One thing you could do is create a save state when this sort of thing happens and then upload it for me to take a look. Cheers for confirming though that it is still broken... I'm amazed it lasted 40 minutes... getting better! Graeme |

Are you sure? So I'm clear... there's like a huge Blue gradient in my sky containing about 100 colours. Are you using one of the latest releases? |

...no freezes / crashes, just corruption twice in about 1 hour of gameplay. Ok, I'll make a save state next time. Not sure if / how much longer I will play tonight though... Last edited by DamienD; 02 June 2019 at 20:42. |

turri3 probably has one of those "artistic / oil painting" filter shaders set so it's blurring the pixels / his view |

but debug version should it haven't infinite lives and invulnerability to test any level and for much time?
i try latest debug and is ok, but with limited lives i finished my game at start of 2nd level. for what i saw is perfect without no problems. I played with WinUAE 4.2.0 and A1200 based config, so only 2 MB Chip RAM |

Not sure "invulnerability" is needed...
It's good to be able to die when testing e.g. with a previous bug, this would occur after dying near the tribesmen stack and then restarting just before. Last edited by DamienD; 02 June 2019 at 22:25. |

I happen to love the super smooth 24 bit gradients you put in the game, so yeah - no idea what's going on there...

OK guys here's the Debug version 6 with Infinite Lives... As the game has alot of debug stuff going on it slows down now and again (there's like 35kb of debug code ).
http://109.228.4.199/downloads/RygarEAB10dbg06.adf As Youtube and most of Google has bit the dust tonight I'll have to show the update of the changing items via my server. http://109.228.4.199/downloads/RygarItems.mp4 Enjoy and good night! Off on holiday from Wednesday... I'll post some pics as I'm away with the lads. Geezer |

Ok, so I had a quick bash
At the end of stage 4, I managed to picked up the cross i.e. shield. As Rygar walked into the statue room, the score kept increasing exponentially... until the game crashed |
