Ok, I'll give it a shot. Don't think I ever played it at all, and I haven't played anything almost last couple of years... so my goal is to not get last position

Hmm... The graphics lags when there are about 4 characters on screen.... first it lagged like hell, but then I unchecked "cycle exact", but I still don't think it's smooth. I'm running the AGA version in Winuae on a 68020, 2 mb chip.

The AGA version shouldn't lag, try Quickstart option!
The ECS version does slowdown at times! |

Tried with the quickstart but it still lags too much for my taste... maybe it doesn't get better... if not, I hereby retire from this competition

I use in Winuae: model a1200, 68020, 24bit addressing fpu none, chipset aga with a500 as the extra or 68000, more compatible and OCS as the chipset. I should really configure others...but ive never seen any slowdowns with those two configs.

AGA version lags as hell with JIT inactive. You need to activate JIT - then it's smooth.
But I prefer the ECS version (JIT off) because it looks better. |

needless to say ive been playing this game quite a bit and i have a weird feeling someone is going to come in here with an even higher score than mine, so i felt like posting this in hopes to thwart those efforts.

I think we need 2 separate competitions. 1 competition for those with commitments and zero time to practice and 1 for those who have more time on their hands to play.
Wish i was 20 again |

It's not that i put extensive time into the game. Maybe a game a day. But, i really liked this game. I also have no job at the moment, sooo i can pretty much play whenever i want. nuck nuck nuck.
