If it was just the 80's I would say a C64 in a heartbeat, but when you included the 90's I had to go with the IBM/PC.

There were just so many good PC games released in the 90s to pick anything else.

I have to agree that the Dreamcast was one hell of a console, the original playstation is another favorite of mine (1st console I purchased after having a Atari 2600 new, had to be good to get me back to console gaming).
